Register Your International Travel
The international travel registry is for Washington University students, staff, and faculty who will be traveling on behalf of the university for activities including, but not limited to, alumni relations business, lectures/presentations, community service, internships, conference attendance, and research.
In order to complete your registration, you will need the following information:
- Departure and return dates
- Local contact information (name of hotel, conference, university you are visiting)
- Emergency contact information (name, phone number, email address)
The registration process should take no more than 5 minutes. You will receive a confirmation email upon successfully completing your registration. Make sure to check your junk folder in case your email system mistakenly flags the email as junk or spam.
